Allosterix Pharmaceuticals, LLC, established in 2005, specializes in rational design and early stage development of linear or macrocyclic, artificial peptides and small proteins for biomedical applications. We are located in Lehi, UT, at the emerging technological hub informally called 'The Silicon Slopes' - a rapidly developing area that already hosts several large high-tech companies - Intel/Micron, Adobe, Oracle, to name a few.

Allosterix is one of the very few entities worldwide capable of engineering biologically active, artificial peptidic macrocycles (C to N) and freely combining proteinogenic with non-proteinogenic amino acids. Moreover, the efficiency of our evolutionary in silico platform allows us to do it within mere months, and for a price that is a small fraction of the cost of brute force approaches, such as phage display. We have done pioneering work in the area of structure-based, de novo design, and have accumulated extensive experience that presently translates into high success rates, low cost, and ultimately into our partners' and collaborators' satisfaction.
